<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by a Financing Statement and
<br />Security Agreement executed by:
<br />Michael A. Panowicz, aka Mike Panowicz, and Patricia M. Panowicz, aka Patricia
<br />Panowicz, husband and wife,
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, on September 15, 1989,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 89- 105060, on September 20, 1989 has been paid or otherwise satisfied;
<br />THEREFORE, The State Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, does
<br />hereby release the above described Financing Statement and Security Agreement
<br />which was filed against the following described real estate:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, Township 12 North, Range 11, West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Release, at Cairo,
