DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />Michael A. Panowicz, aka Mike Panowicz, and Patricia M. Panowicz, aka Patricia
<br />Panowicz, husband and wife,
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2001, in which The State Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200106598, on July 6, 2001 has
<br />been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary has requested that this Deed or
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder, legally described as follows:

<br />except the following tract of land: Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section Twenty -
<br />two (22), said point being One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty -three (1263.00) feet west of the
<br />Southeast corner of said Section Twenty -two (22); thence running westerly along and upon the
<br />south line of said Section Twenty -two (22), a distance of Nine Hundred Thirty -three and Twenty -
<br />four Hundredths (933.24) feet; thence deflecting right 90100' and running northerly, a distance of
