<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust
<br />Deed executed

<br />aka Patricia
<br />Panowicz, husband and wife,
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated July 24, 1992, in which The State Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation is named as Beneficiary, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92- 106527, on July 27,
<br />1992, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed or Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder, legally described as follows:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of the
<br />61h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less and excepting therefrom a certain parcel of land
<br />containing 12.098 acres, more or less, as described in a certain plat and survey
<br />completed by Thomas L. Jordan, registered land surveyor on June 30, 1986, and filed of
<br />record as Document # 86- 104972 on September 2, 1986, and
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N 1 /2SW 1/4) and the South Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (S 1/2 NW 1/4) of Section 11, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
