<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />Michael A. Panowicz, aka Mike Panowicz, and Patricia M. Panowicz, aka Patricia
<br />Panowicz, husband and wife,
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 28, 1995, in which The State Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation is named as Beneficiary, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 102830, on May 2,
<br />1995, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed or Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder, legally described as follows:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of the
<br />6" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N '/z SW 1/4) and the South Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (S 1/2 NW 1/4) of Section 11, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of
<br />the 61h P.M., Hall County Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
