<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Gene
<br /> Graves and Barbara A. Graves, Husband and Wife ; to AREND BAACK,
<br /> Trustee, for the benefit oFTIIE OVERLAND NATIONAL�3ANK OF GRAND
<br /> ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated November 28, 1997 , and recorded
<br /> December 9, 1997 , in the Office of the Register ofDeeds of xa11

<br /> of said section, this point also being on the centerline oi the Wood River Channel as described on Exhibit "A" attached to and
<br /> made a part of the Warranry Deed filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November
<br /> 13, 1959, recorded in Book 129 of Deeds at Page 447; thence, northerly on the section line e distance of 971.9 teet; thence, at
<br /> an angle oi 90 degrees to the right, a distance of 68.5 teet; thence, at an angle of 90 degrees to the left, a distance oi 19.4 feet;
<br /> thence at an angle of 90 degrees to the right, a distance oi 140,5 feet; thence, at an angle of 90 degrees to the left, a distance
<br /> of 262.2 teet; thence, at an angle of 90 degrees to the right, a distance of 680 feet more or less to the centerline of the Wood
<br /> River Channel; thence upstream on the centerline of said channel to the point of beginning.
