<br />Legal: THE NORTH 49 FEET OF LOT 11, AND THE SOUTH 9 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 20,
<br />SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />The undersigned, who is the present beneficiary under said trust deed desires
<br />to appoint a new trustee in the place and stead of the original trustee named
