<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated April 15,
<br />2002, executed by ROGER L. LUEBBE, President of MIDLAND AG SERVICE,
<br />INC., a Nebraska corporation, as Trustor, in which LUELLA E. SASS,
<br />a single person, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and JONATHAN SASS, a
<br />single person, of Grand Island, Nebraska, are named as
<br />Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded on April 15, 2002, as Document No. 0200204104, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from LUELLA E. SASS, a
<br />single person, and JONATHAN SASS, a single person, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Parcel 1: The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (El /2
<br />NE1 /4) and Lot Two (2) Mainland of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting certain tracts
<br />more particularly described in Report of Appraiser
<br />recorded in Book R, Page 29; Warranty Deed recorded in
<br />Book 87, Page 1; Warranty Deed recorded in Book 136, Page
<br />341; Warranty Deed recorded in Book 153, Page 390;
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 77- 001804;
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 84- 003849; all of
<br />Sass Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and all of Sass
<br />Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Parcel 2: The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SE1 /4 SW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
