Notice <br /> to one trustor will be deemed to be notice to all trustors. <br /> 26. WAIVERS. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Trustor waives all appraisement and homestead exemption rights <br /> relating to the Property. <br /> 27. OTHER TERMS.
