<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, � oj
<br /> under the Deeds of Trust dated March 2, 1994 and March 30, 1998, executed by Elmer E. �`=' °'
<br /> Feldotto and Kathleen F. Feldotto, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is �
<br /> named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which were recorded in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Documents 94-101928 on the 8th day of March,
<br /> 1994 and 98-102914 on the 31 st day of March, 1998 and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> The West Sixty-six feet (66') of Lots Fourteen (14) and Sixteen (16), in Block Two (2), in College
<br /> Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br /> Trust , the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
