RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein; I or we, hereby
<br />release the following mortgage, executed by WALTER A. MEYER SR. and
<br />ERLENE L. MEYER, husband and wife, to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />municipal corporation hereinafter usually referred to as "City" of the second part,
<br />on the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block Twenty Two (22) in Nagy's addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, also the following irregular parcel of ground
<br />situated in that part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of section
<br />ten (10), in township Eleven (11) north, range Nine (9) west of the 6 "' P.M., known
<br />as " Nagy's Reserve ", and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
<br />Commencing at a point Forty Four (44) feet Northerly of a point where the North
<br />line of the alley running through said Block Twenty Two (22) in Nagy's addition
<br />intersects the East line of Oak Street, in said City of Grand Island, thence running
<br />northerly to the southerly boundary line of said fractional lot four (4), in said
<br />fractional block twenty two (22) in Nagy's Addition, thence running easterly along
<br />said southerly boundary line thereof to the easterly boundary line of said fractional
<br />lot four (4), thence southerly on a continuation of said easterly boundary line to a
<br />point forty four (44) feet northerly of the north alley line in said block twenty -two,
<br />running thence westerly parallel with the North line of said alley, and forty -four
<br />feet distance northerly therefrom, about sixty -six feet to the place of beginning,
<br />according to the record plat thereof.

<br />Document No. 90- 102047 in the amount of $2,125.40 (Emergency Home
<br />Repair) and
<br />Document No. 90- 105293 in the amount of $12,874.60 (Rehabilitation)
