<br /> WHEREAS, the Honorable Gale Pokorny, Lancaster County Court
<br /> Judge, has directed the undersigned Clerk to issue an Order of
<br /> Attachment in the amount of $6, 886 . 80, in the above entitled cause,
<br /> and whereas Plaintiff has either filed the necessary undertaking in
<br /> the amount of $ [��� , with a sufficient surety approved
<br /> by the Judge, or no bond has been required.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, you are hereby required and commanded to attach
<br /> all lands, tenements, goods, chattels, stocks and interest in

<br /> County, Nebraska, •
<br /> and which are not exempt by law from being applied to the payment
<br /> of Plaintiff ' s claim, or so much of the property of the Defendant
<br /> as will satisfy a judgment in the amount of $6, 886 . 80 plus interest
<br /> and costs .
