<br />The undersigned, GNR Development Corp. of Hastings, Nebraska, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W 1/2, NE1 /4) of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot Nine (9), Block Two (2),
<br />Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision, said point also being on the
<br />south line of South Street; thence N00 °00'00 "E, along and upon the
<br />south line of said South Street and also being along and upon a south
<br />line of said Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision, a distance of Eight
<br />Hundred Twenty Three and Eighteen Hundredths (823.18) feet to the
<br />southeast corner of said Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision, said
<br />point also being on the west line of Sun Valley Drive; thence
<br />S00 °02'1 0 "E, along and upon the west line of said Sun Valley Drive
<br />and also being along and upon the west line of Pleasant View Eighth
