<br />WHEREAS, Thomas C. Huston is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated April 21. 2003,
<br />( "Deed of Trust ") executed by Todd C. and Kelly A. Enek, husband and wife, as Grantors, for the
<br />benefit of Little B's Corporation. a Nebraska corporation, as the Beneficiary. which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded on April 29.2003. as Instrument No.2003 -05248 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, Little B's Corporation, has requested a reconveyance of
<br />the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Three (3). Summer Field Estates First Subdivision, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
