Casarez and Nancy K. Casarez, husband and wife, jointly and each in their own <br />right, of Hall County, and State of Nebraska, party of the first part, hereinafter called the <br />Mortgagor, and Melvin D. Boeckel and Luella E. Boeckel husband and wife party of the <br />second part, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, <br />WITNESSETH: That the said Mortgagor, for and in consideration of the sum of SIX <br />THUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS ($6,965.00), paid by the Mortgagee <br />The receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has Granted and Sold and by these present <br />does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Confirm unto the Mortgagee, its successors and <br />assigns, to have and to hold forever the following- described real estate, situated in Hall <br />County, and State of Nebraska, to wit: <br />Lot Four (4) in fractional Block Sixteen (16) of Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island and the Westerly Thirteen and the (13.2) Feet of Fractional Lot Four (4) and <br />all of Fractional Lot Five (5) i- Erac Pi-,&-S) in Fractional Block Seven (7) in <br />Evan's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Mortgagor agrees to pay to the Mortgagee, the principal sum of SIX THOUSAND <br />NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS ($6,965.00), WITH INTEREST of (7.5 % ) per <br />annum on the unpaid balance until paid.
