WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,^ <br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 1, 1999 executed by Ronald L Adams and Libbie Marie icy <br />Adams, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 106746, on the 2nd day of July, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), RIFFEL SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island,1� raska, this 31 st day of March, 2004. <br />STA <br />�s <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />FIVE POINTS BA RUSTEE <br />C=t1li /Y,// <br />By: -rim A.
