Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Marie Jakubowski is <br />Beneficiary, and Gary Grotz and Kim Grotz, husband and wife, are <br />Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on April 3, 2000, and <br />identified as Document No. 0200002604, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The East Fifty -seven (57) Feet of Lot Fourteen (14), Block Six <br />(6), Koehler Place, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with 11 appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or app�ai ing. <br />S.
