<br /> Hanousek, Party of the Second Part, hereby release the real estate
<br /> legally described as follows :
<br /> A tract with the beginning in the Southeast corner of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Eight (8) , Township
<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska, and running thence West
<br /> along the South line of said quarter 55 rods for a point
<br /> of beginning, thence West along the South line 40 rods,
<br /> thence running North at right angle 30 rods . Thence
<br /> running East at right angle 40 rods, thence running South
<br /> at right angle 30 rods to the point of beginning.
<br /> from the Severance Agreement, which Severance Agreement was
<br /> recorded December 24, 1996, as Document No. 96-109985 of the
<br /> records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
