<br /> THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on June �, 1999 . The Trustors
<br /> are Roger D. Hanousek and Sylvia E. Hanousek, husband and wife,
<br /> ("Borrower") . The Trustee is Denise D. Myers, of the Law Firm of
<br /> Lauritsen, Brownell, Brostrom, Stehlik & Thayer, P.O. Box 400,
<br /> Grand Island, NE 68802 , ("Trustee") . The beneficiaries are Edward
<br /> H. Hanousek and Vera R. Hanousek, ("Lenders") . Borrowers owe
<br /> Lenders the principal sum of Nineteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
<br /> ($19, 000 .00) . This debt is evidenced by Borrowers' note dated the
<br /> same date as this Security Instrument ("Note" ) , which provides for
<br /> annual payments, with the last payment due on June 1, 2004, or six
<br /> months from the date of death of the survivor of Edward H. Hanousek

<br /> renewals, extensions and modifications; (b) the payment of all

<br /> Security Instrument; and (c) the performance of Borrowers'
