Wolf; the Respondent <br /> was present in Court and was unrepresented by counsel ; evidence was taken <br /> and the cause submitted and the Court being fully advised in the premises <br /> makes the following findings: <br /> 1 . That at least one of the parties is and has been a resident of <br /> Nebraska for at least one year prior to the filing of the Petition herein. <br /> 2. That the Court has jurisdiction of both parties and of the subject <br /> matter of this action. <br /> 3: That neither party is a member of the Armed Forces of the United <br /> States. <br /> 4. That the Court has determined from the evidence that every reasonable <br /> effort to effect reconciliation has been made, without success, and that <br /> the marriage of Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably broken. <br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT as follows: <br /> 1 . That the marriage is irretrievably broken and that the marriage <br /> be, and hereby is, dissolved. <br /> 2. That the Property Settlement agreement entered into by and between <br /> the parties is fair and reasonable and the same be, and hereby is, approved <br /> and is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit 1", and made a part of this Decree <br /> as though fully set forth herein. <br /> 3. The Respondent is restored to her maiden name of Brenda Florez. <br />
