<br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WARRANTY DEED
<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, Grantor, for and in consideration of TWENTY -FIVE
<br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to GRAND ISLAND COUNTRY MEADOWS,
<br />L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantee, the
<br />following described real estate in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Thirty -One (31), in Country Meadows Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
