Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated December 7, 1998 from trustor(s) Michael A. Schweiger for the benefit of First
<br />Union Home Equity Bank, N.A., now Known as Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A.
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded January 4, 1999 as Inst. No. 99- 100002, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
