Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust <br />dated December 7, 1998 from trustor(s) Michael A. Schweiger for the benefit of First <br />Union Home Equity Bank, N.A., now Known as Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A. <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded January 4, 1999 as Inst.
