<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #89- 104979,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING THE CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS
<br />ADDITIONAL SECURITY DATED AUGUST 21, 1989 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 18, 1989
<br />AS DOC # 89- 104982; AND CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS
<br />ADDITIONAL SECURITY DATED AUGUST 21, 1989 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 18, 1989

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT SIXTEEN (16) KUESTER'S LAKE, A PART OF THE EAST ONE HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9)
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF EAST PORTION OF SAID LAKE.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
