Lindekugel and Brenda J. Lindekugel, <br />Husband and Wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Douglas E. Hoover and Twila - <br />R.
