<br />Feet thereof, in Knickrehm Third Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />reserving to GRANTOR, Andrew J. Gudgel, the full use, control, income and possession of the real
<br />estate for and during his natural life.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements
<br />of record, visible easements and zoning laws, rules and regulations.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES, jointly and severally, as follows:
<br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real estate is free from
<br />encumbrance.
<br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real estate to
