<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned,Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,under the �
<br /> Deed of Trust dated December 16, 1991, and executed by Stephen E. Budd a1k/a Stephen Edward Budd �,��
<br /> and Lori J. Budd,husband and wife,in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded as Document#92-100204 in the Register of Deed's office in
<br /> Hall County,Nebraska,recorded on January 9, 1992, and,Extension of Deed of Trust dated May 9, 1995
<br /> and recorded as Document#95-103237 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,Nebraska and
<br /> recorded on May 18, 1995, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and Extension of
<br /> Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot One(1),Budd Subdivision,in Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty,to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WIT'NESS WHEREOF,the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
