<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />February 23, 2001 by KATHRYN A. THORNBRUGH, a single person, Trustor, in favor of
<br />POPULAR F INANCIAL S ERVICES, L .L.C., a s Beneficiary, and MICHAEL F. K IVETT, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on February 27, 2001 as Document No. 200101445 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES, has been appointed as Trustee, replacing Michael F. Kivett, by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated March 25, 2004, and recorded in the Miscellaneous Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot 3, Fractional Block 148, Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deeds of Trust has occurred for failing to make monthly payments
<br />with a total current amount due and owing of $5,630.08. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the
<br />Trustee, Gregory L. Galles, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />1 012.

<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Gregory L. Galles, has determined to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
