<br /> 106336 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
<br /> assigned by the original Beneficiary Home Federal Savings and Loan of Grand Island to
<br /> PRINCIPAL MiTTUAL LIFE IN5URANCE COMPANY, an Iowa corporation, by virtue of
<br /> an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated November 17, 1989 and filed for record on
<br /> November 20, 1989, as Document No. 89-106337 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska; assigned by Principal Mutuat Life Insurance Company, an Iowa corporation, to
<br /> PRINCIPAL RE5IDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC., an Iowa corporation, by virtue of an
<br /> Assignment of Deed of Trust dated March 30, 1994, and filed for record on July 26, 1994,
<br /> as Document No. 94-106316 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska; assigned by Principal
<br /> Residential Mortgage, Inc., an Iowa corporation, to HARBOR FINANCIAL MORTGAGE
<br /> COiRPORATION by virtue of an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated June 24, 1998, and
<br /> filed for record on December 18, 1998, as Document No. 98-112571 of the records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska. DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., has been appointed as Trustee, replacing
<br /> Arend R. Baack, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated July 31, 1999, and filed on
<br /> August 10, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-108022 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-
<br /> payment of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for January, 1999,
<br /> through August, 1999,with a total current amount due and owing of$2,994.08. In addition,
<br /> Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and costs
<br /> associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Trustee, Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., has determined to sell or
<br /> cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the
<br /> obligation and Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
