<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of Lot Five (5)
<br />Voss Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the utility easement and
<br />right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Referring to the Northeast corner of Lot Five (5) Voss Subdivision, as originally
<br />platted and recorded in the Register of Deed's Office, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Lot Five (5) said Voss Subdivision, a
<br />distance of forty one and thirty three hundredths (41.33) feet to a point on the
<br />Southerly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 30, being the ACTUAL Point of
<br />Beginning; thence continuing Southerly along the Easterly line of Lot Five (5)
<br />said Voss Subdivision, a distance of thirty one and forty one hundredths (31.41)
