<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, James H. Truell, Attorney at Law, of Grand Island, Hall C.y `
<br /> County, Nebraska, as trustee under the Trust Deed dated August 2, 1996, executed by Michael L. �
<br /> Johnston and Yvonne L. Johnston,as Trustor(s),in which T.A.R Prefened Morgtgage Corporation `��
<br /> is named as beneficiary and subsequently assigned to Franklin Credit Management Corporation as
<br /> beneficiary, which has substituted said James H. Truell as trustee in lieu of American Title
<br /> Insurance Company by means of documents recorded at No. 96-107383 in the Register of Deeds
<br /> office of Hall County,Nebraska; and,
<br /> WHEREAS,said beneficiary,Franklin Credit Management Corporation,has made a written
<br /> request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been paid in full and
<br /> that such Trust Deed and the note secwed by the Trust Deed have been surrendered to the
<br /> undersigned as trustee for cancellation;.
<br /> NOW TI�REFORE,in accordance with that request and the provisions of the Trust
<br /> Deed, the undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without wananty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto the estate now held by it under such Trust Deed and legally described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> Lot Two (2),Block Five(5)Kay-dee Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance
