Johnston and Yvonne L. Johnston, therein called "Bonower" and American Title <br /> Insurance Co.,therein called"Trustee" and T.A.R. Preferred Mortgage Corporation,therein called <br /> "Beneficiary,"which Deed of Trust was recorded on September 20, 1996 as Document#96-107383 <br /> in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Beneficiary has elected to and does hereby elect to substitute James <br /> H. Truell, as Trustee for the place stead of original American Title Insurance, Co., Trustee named <br /> in said Deed of Trust; the said James H. Truell is hereby authorized to and shall proceed to all <br /> powers,duties,and authority entitled of the Trustee named in the Deed of Trust,as though originally <br /> named therein as Trustee. Notification that said substitution of Trustee is being executed has been <br /> given.
