The term "Hazardous Materials" shall mean any subetence, material, or waste which is or beoomes regulated by any <br /> govemmerrtal authoriry induding,but not limited to,(i)petroleum;(ii)Mable or nonMable asbestos;(Iii)polychlorinated biphenyls;(iv)those substances, <br /> mate�lals or wastes designaled as a"hazardous sul�tance" pursuent to Section 311 of the Clean Water Act or Ifsted pursuant to Section 307 of the <br /> Clean Water Act or any amendmerrts or replacemerrts to these statutes; (v)those subatances, materials or wastes deflned as a"hazardous waste" <br /> pursuarn to Section 1004 of the Resource Conaervation and Recovery Act or any amendments or replacemerrts to that atatute; and (vi) thoae <br /> substances, materials or wastes deflned as a "hazardous substance" pursuant to Sectlon 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Responae, <br /> Compenaatlon and Liabiliry Act, or any amendmarrts or replaoemerrts to that statute or any other sirNlar state or federal statute, rule, regulation or <br /> ordinance nbw or hereatter in effect.
