<br /> Deed of Trust dated February 10, 1995, executed by Mark D. Stelk and Wanda Lee Stelk, Q�
<br /> husband and wife,in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, � ��
<br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as
<br /> Document#95-100963 on the 21 st day of February, 1995,and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> The Southerly One-Half(S%z)of Lot Eight(8), in Block Eleven(11),in the Original Town,now City, of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciring that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
