<br />DEBTORS.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

<br />CHAPTER 7
<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by Michael C. Manhold and Sherry L. Manhold,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of
<br />Nebraska on the 6th day of October, 2003, and said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 18th day of
<br />November, 2003; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 2003, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed
<br />Trustee of the estate and effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 17th day of February, 2004, of his intention to
<br />sell property at private sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before March 8, 2004, with the
<br />Bankruptcy Clerk, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Gerald D. Patterson and Linda L.
<br />Patterson, husband and wife, as joint tenants, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer ", whether one or more, for the
<br />amount of One Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and No /100 Dollars, ($109,900.00), the following described
<br />property located at 2705 North St. Paul Road, Grand Island, Nebraska to -wit: Lot One (1), Dean's Subdivision,
<br />Washington Township, Hall County.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers
<br />vested in me by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other
<br />valuable consideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and
<br />assigns forever, all my right, title and interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record, the above
<br />described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as
<br />fully and completely as I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and
<br />of the Bankruptcy Act might or should sell and convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse
<br />against said Trustee either individually or as such Trustee.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, have hereunto set my hand this 11th day of
<br />March, 2004.

<br />personally came John A. Wolf, who is known to me to be the Trustee of the aforementioned Debtor, and to me
<br />known to be the identical person described in and who executed the foregoing Trustee's Deed, and he
<br />acknowledged his execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such Trustee for the purposes therein set
<br />forth.
