V <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />That GRANTORS, Lillian Partaka, a widowed person, Robert L. <br />Partaka, a single person, and Donald E. Partaka and Terry L. y� <br />Partaka, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of One T, <br />Dollar ($1.00) convey to Robert L. Partaka, GRANTEE, a single <br />person, all of their right, title and interest in and to the <br />following described real estate: <br />THE EAST HALF OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2 IN PACKER 6 BARR'S <br />ADDITION TO GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />together with an easement through and across the <br />northerly 4 feet of the westerly one -half of said <br />Lot 1 in Block 2 in Packer 6 Barr's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island for the purpose of installation, <br />maintenance, repair and replacement of a gas line to <br />service the property conveyed hereby, the Grantee <br />herein agreeing by acceptance of this deed to repair <br />and replace any damages caused to such easement by <br />such repair, maintenance and installation and <br />restore such property to its original condition. <br />GRANTORS covenant with the GRANTEE that GRANTORS: <br />1. Are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except easements, covenants, and <br />restrictions of record; <br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; <br />3.
