<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this a9 day MARCH, 2004, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />DONALD L BRADLEY AND CAROLYN BRADLEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT TWO (2) BLOCK TWO (2) IMPERIAL VILLAGE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated APRIL 25, 1997, and filed for record on MAY 9, 1997 in
<br />the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />as DOCUMENT # 97- 103562; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 12,
<br />2001 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 27, 2001 AS DOCUMENT # 0200109801;
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of AUGUST 1, 2011.
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO MARCH 1, 2014
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first
<br />noted above.
