<br /> NOTICE is hereby given that VERNON D. BREDTHAUER and PATRICIA '�
<br /> A. BREDTHAUER, Husband and Wife, Trustors, under a certain Deed of
<br /> Trust dated June 20 , 1990 , and recorded as Instrument No. 90-
<br /> 103580, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, and as
<br /> Trustors under a certain Deed of Trust dated May 10, 1995 , and
<br /> recorded as Instrument No. 95-103502 , in the Office of the Hall
<br /> C.our.ty Reg�st.Pr of Deed�, an.d that �JER?`dCTi BREDTH�rJEi� as Trustor
<br /> under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 22 , 1996 , and recorded in
<br /> the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No.
<br /> 96-102137, have breached the terms and conditions of said Deeds of
<br /> Trust . The real estate conveyed in said Deeds of Trust is
<br /> described as follows :
<br /> See Attached Exhibit "A" for Description of Real Estate
<br /> THE RAVENNA BANK, Ravenna, Nebraska, Beneficiary under said
<br /> Deeds of Trust , has directed the undersigned, as Substitute
<br /> Trustee, to cause this Notice of Default to be filed as required by
<br /> law. The Trustors under said Deed of Trust have breached the
<br /> respective Deeds of Trust identified above as follows :
<br /> A. By failing to make payment upon Promissory Note No . 33536
<br /> due and payable on March 30, 1999; upon Promissory Note
<br /> No. 3 3 5 3 8 due and payabl e on March 3 0, 19 9 9 ; and upon
<br /> Promissory Note No. 34310 due and payable on March 30 ,
<br /> 1999 .
<br /> B . Promissory Notes No. 6134 , 6136 and 27774 are also in
<br /> default by virtue of the default of the Promissory Notes
<br /> identified in the immediately preceding paragraph.
<br /> By virtue of the Trustors' default of the above-described
<br /> Promissory Notes, the Beneficiary has declared a default and
<br /> accelerated all of Trustors' obligations secured by the Deeds of
<br /> Trust identified above .
<br /> The real estate described in the Deeds of Trust is used in
<br /> farming operations . The default may be cured within two (2) months
<br /> of the filing of record of this Notice of Default by the Trustors
<br /> paying to the Beneficiary the outstanding indebtedness of Six
<br /> Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Eight Dollars Eleven Cents
<br /> ($614 , 808 . 11) , together with per diem interest thereafter of One
<br /> Hundred Fifty-Four pollars Sixteen Cents ($154 . 16) , together with
<br /> the costs and expenses actually incurred by the Trustee in
<br /> enforcing this obligation, and Trustee fees incurred by virtue of
<br /> the default .
<br /> Trustors are further notified of availability of inediation
<br /> service through the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, P.O. Box
<br /> 94947, Lincoln, NE 68508-4947, Telephone 1-800-446-4071 .
