99 iQ8017 <br /> (d) Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs� <br /> Soil borings, L1SB09(Loadline 1), L1SB10(Loadline 1),L2SB09(Loadline <br /> 2), <br /> L2SB10(Loadline 2), L3SB07(Loadline 3),L3SB08(Loadline 3), <br /> L4SB09(Loadline 4), L4SB10(Loadline 4)and LSSB06(Loadline 5)were <br /> completed adjacent to the containment berm of the two Boilerhouse ASTs to <br /> assess potential petroleum compound releases related to these tanks. Samples <br /> were analyzed for TCL VOCs,PAHs,TPH and Pb. See Fi�ure 4A, 4B,4C. <br /> 4D and 4E <br /> Results indicate Sample L 1 SB09(Loadline 1), L 1 SB 10(Loadline 1), . <br /> L2SB10(Loadline 2) and L3SB08(Loadline 3) for TPH exceed the NDEQ � <br /> soil <br /> cleanup guidance of 100 mg/kg. Samples L2SB09(Loadline 2) for <br /> polychlorinated biphenyls(PAI�exceeds the residential and industrial (risk <br /> based concentrations (RBC)while sample L2SB 10(Loadline 2) is below. <br /> Samples L2SB09(Loadline 2),L3SB07(Loadline 3) and LSSB06(Loadline 5) <br /> for TPH aze below the NDEQ soil cleanup guidance. Samples <br /> L2SB09(Loadline 2), L4SB09(Loadline 4), L4SB10(Loadline 4) and <br /> LSSB06(Loadline 5) all are detected below the USEPA Residential and <br /> Industrial screening level for lead. <br /> (e) Former Under�round Stora�e Tanks (UST'sl - <br /> Monitoring wells and associated soil borings were installed at sites of former <br /> diesel fuel underground storage tanks on each load line. The results of the <br /> samples tested conclude that Samples T1 SB 1(Loadline 1), T4GW 1(Loadline <br /> 3), T7SB1 and T7GW1 (Loadline 4)have no compound detection. Sample <br /> T2SB 1(Loadline 2)was detected for toluene but below the residual RBC's. <br /> Samples T3 SB 1(Loadline 2)and T4SB 1(Loadline 3)tested for TPH were <br /> below the NDEQ soil cleanup guidance. Samples T1GW1(Loadline 1), <br /> T2GW 1 and T3 GW 1(Loadline 2)and T8GW 1(Loadline 4)tested below <br /> federal maximum contaminant levels (MCL) and Nebraska Groundwater <br /> Quality Standard. Samples T2G��V1 and T3GW1(Loadline 2), T8SB1 and <br /> T8GW1(Loadline 4) exceeded the TPH for NDEQ.
