<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 24,
<br />2002, executed by MICHAEL L. ANDRADE and PAULA M. ANDRADE, husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors, in which REYNOLDS AND ZISKA, INC., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned
<br />as Trustee, which Deed was recorded on January 8, 2003, as Document
<br />No. 200300235, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from REYNOLDS AND
<br />ZISKA, INC., a Nebraska corporation, written request to reconvey
<br />the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:

<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Twenty (20), in Palmer's Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
