CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 24, <br />2002, executed by MICHAEL L. ANDRADE and PAULA M. ANDRADE, husband <br />and wife, as Trustors, in which REYNOLDS AND ZISKA, INC., a <br />Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned <br />as Trustee, which Deed was recorded on January 8, 2003, as Document <br />No. 200300235, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M.
