Shuda, husband and wife; Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife; <br />and Tim C. Plate, a single person; hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant ". <br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME <br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land herein <br />described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use <br />in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose is to set <br />forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by an Addendum <br />to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this condominium is to be <br />identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. The name of the <br />association shall be Westwood Park I Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., a non- <br />profit corporation. <br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY <br />The land owned by Kenneth Shuda, then a single person, which was previously <br />submitted to the condominium is described as follows: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The land owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and <br />Tim C. Plate, a single person, which was previously submitted to the condominium and <br />described as follows: <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The additional land owned by Kenneth Shuda, now a married person, is submitted <br />to the condominium and described as follows: <br />Lot Nine (9), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS <br />The anticipated number of units to be created is forty -two (42). The number of units <br />previously created was eight (8), with another two (2) being created herein, and by the <br />exercise of special declarant rights, the right to create an additional thirty -two (32) units <br />subject to further amendment of the Declaration to add more units and additional real <br />1 <br />
