NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Jered D. Schamp and Lisa Ann Schamp, husband and wife, as joint C.
<br />tenants, Trustors, did on or about September 19, 2001, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett,v
<br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described
<br />real property:
<br />"Lot Four (4), Alexander Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD),
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on September 21, 2001 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200109599, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on October 15, 2003 through March 15, 2004,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation.
