Mangelsen (Sr.), Deceased, <br />Grantors, <br />in consideration of the sum of Twenty -eight Thousand Five Hundred ($28,500) <br />Dollars or the equivalent thereof received and pursuant to provisions of the <br />Will of said decedent informally admitted to probate by Statement of the <br />Registrar of the County Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, on August 31, 1988, <br />as reflected by the official records of the Clerk thereof in Fee Book 140, at <br />Page 145, and the provisions of Section 30 -2476, Reissue Revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska, 1943, as amended, and all other applicable provisions of the <br />Nebraska Probate Code, as amended, do hereby bargain, confirm, convey, grant, <br />and sell to <br />HAROLD'S CABIN, INC., a Nebraska business corporation with its <br />registered office in Douglas County, Nebraska, <br />Grantee, <br />all of the fixtures, permanent structures, and other improvements only and no <br />underlying real property in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: <br />Improvements located on a tract of land three hundred feet <br />(3001) in width along the Southerly bank of the Platte River on <br />the Northernmost part of Government Lots Four (4) and Five (5) <br />in the Northeast Quarter (NEB /a) of Section Twenty -seven (27), <br />Township Nine (9) North of Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth <br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to have and to hold said property unto Grantee and its assigns and successors <br />forever; <br />T <br />
