<br /> Klingman, with vesting as follows: Jill C. Klingman f/k/a Jill C. Fanning, a married person, and �

<br /> 68801, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br /> Trustee, which was recorded January 19, 1999 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as
<br /> Instrument No. 99-100638, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> The South One Half of the East One Half (S1/2E1/2) of Lot One (1), of Vantine's Subdivision
<br /> located on part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty-Two (22) in Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9)West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
