<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, � (�
<br /> Nebraska is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. as Trustee, under the Deed of � �
<br /> Trust dated March 10, 1988 executed by John R. Gunderson and Carol J. Gunderson,
<br /> husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as �.
<br /> Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Document#88-101183, on the 10th day of May 1988, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br /> of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> The West One Hundred Twenty-Eight(128)feet of the north sixty-five (65)feet of Lot seventeen (17)
<br /> of the County Subdivision of the West half of the southwest quarter(W1/2 SW1/4)of Section fifteen (15),
<br /> Township eleven (11) north, Range nine(9),west of the 6`h P.M., also known as: The west one hundred and
<br /> twenry eight(128)feet of the following described property to-wit: Commencing at a point one hundred feet
<br /> north of a point finrenty-three and one half(23'/2) rods north of a point thirty-three(33)feet east of the
<br /> southwest corner of Section fifteen (15), Township eleven (11) north, Range Nine(9)west of the 6"'P.M.,
<br /> thence from the first named point(said point being the east boundary line of the County Road adjoining)
<br /> running thence north along on the east boundary line of said road for a distance of sixty-five(65)feet, thence
<br /> east running at right angles with said east boundary line of said road for a distance of sixteen (16) rods,
<br /> thence south parallel with said east line of said road for a distance of sixty-five (65)feet, thence west to place
<br /> of beginning for a distance of sixteen (16) rods, in Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract conveyed to the City
<br /> of Grand Island as shown in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 164, page 377.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br /> Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br /> of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br /> or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br /> at Grand Island, Nebraska, this day of July, 1999.
