<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims
<br />and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, August H Peters and Elaine A Peters, husband and
<br />a Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West, of the 6' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence running southerly, along and
<br />upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SWl /4), a distance of Four Hundred Fifty (450.0) feet; thence
<br />deflecting left 89° 51' 48" and running easterly, parallel with the north line of said Southwest Quarter (S W 1/4),
<br />a distance of Two Hundred Fifty (250.0) feet; thence deflecting left 480 26' 34" and running northeasterly, a
<br />distance of Three Hundred and Sixty Nine Hundredths (300.69) feet; thence deflecting left 410 41' 38" and
<br />running northerly, parallel with the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Twenty Five (225.0) feet to a point on the north line of said Southwest Quarter (S W 1/4); thence deflecting left
<br />890 51' 48" and running westerly, along and upon the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance
<br />of Four Hundred Fifty (450.0) feet to the point of beginning and containing 4.132 acres, more or less.
<br />This partial reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded
<br />in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Instrument No. 0200204769 on May 2. 2002, pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument. This is a partial deed of reconveyance and the Grantor's original deed of trust on the
<br />remaining property remains in place and fully secures the borrower's remaining debt obligation.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to be executed by
<br />its president and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 17th day of March, 2004.
