W <br />o z <br />llEEll ON'RECONVEYANCE p <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated January 21, 1999, executed by Paul E. Graham and Elaine E. Graham, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, �� d <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Instrument #99- 101110 on the I st day of February, 1999, and <br />WIIEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Rank, <br />as Beneficiary, wri tten request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />See attached "Exhibit A" <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of 'I rust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 26th day of March, 2004. <br />p01NTS @y <br />ry4`.
