<br /> West Platte River Road, Doniphan, NE 68832 , as Trustor, to Charles
<br /> W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska
<br /> 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of City National Bank and
<br /> Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation,
<br /> P.O. Box 349, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-0349, as Beneficiary,
<br /> recorded in the Of f ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on March 4, 1993 as Instrument No. 93-101664 , has been
<br /> paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br /> of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br /> endorsement above.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or
