Osborn, Husband and <br />Wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand <br />Dollars ($220,000) received from GRANTEE, Wholesalers Property <br />Company, L.L.C., a Delaware Corporation, conveys to GRANTEE the <br />following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
