<br />Reva L. Headley, Deceased, GRANTOR, in consideration of the
<br />correction and clarification of title, CONVEYS AND RELEASES TO
<br />Ronald L. Headley and Sandra R. Headley, as tenants in common,
<br />GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.

<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a
