2. That Fabio Cotto is the Trustor under the Trust Deed.
<br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State Bank as Trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank.
<br />4. The legal description of the said real property is:
<br />The South Half (S' /2) of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) and the South Half (S' /2) of the West Six
<br />(6') feet of Lot Seven (7), Block Ninety -Two (92), Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary
<br />and trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to -wit:
<br />failure to pay notes now overdue, note numbers 19361 and 20271 and failure to pay real estate taxes
<br />and to keep the real estate insured.
<br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the Trustee is
<br />entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law.
<br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of County Register of Deeds as
<br />provided by law
