<br />COMES NOW, Farmers State Bank, a branch of the Bank of Clarks, and states that:
<br />1. It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds, as Instrument Number 0200207769, of the Hall County Mortgages Records.
<br />2. That Margarita Frances and Jose Frances are the Trustors under the Trust Deed.
<br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to EAfters State Bank as Trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank.
<br />4. The legal description of the said real property is:
<br />Lot eight (8), Block Seven (7), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary
<br />and trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to -wit:
<br />failure to pay promissory note now overdue, note number 19534.
<br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the Trustee is
<br />entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law.
<br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of County Register of Deeds as
<br />provided by law
